Chao & Eero Jewel

Chao and Eero first met at the school of goldsmithing in Lahti, Finland. Despite their different cultural backgrounds, Chao and Eero were drawn together by their passion for jewelry design and dedicated professional goals. They have been working side by side after their studies, and founded the company Chao & Eero Jewel in 2005.

The main spirit of Chao & Eero Jewel is to create timeless design, and to realize it with high quality and attention to the details. Chao and Eero aspire to create jewelry that is simply beautiful, and will touch people?s hearts. They would like their jewelry to be worn and cherished, and to be part of people''s life and memories.

About the artist Chao:

Chao''s passion for creating jewelry led her from Taiwan through New York to live and work in Finland. The calm and beautiful Finnish nature provides her the perfect environment for creative works. Inspired by the plants and flowers in her daily surroundings, Chao creates elegant jewelry, which captures the gestures and liveliness of the nature.

In 2006 Chao was invited to design for Lapponia Jewelry, and since has become the first female designer for this Finnish jewelry brand.

About the artist Eero:

Born and raised in the Finnish countryside, Eero loves the nature and simple Scandinavian way of living. He also enjoys visiting big metropolises around the world. Eero combines these two strong influences, the wild imagination from his childhood and the contemporary urban culture, to create vivid and characteristic jewelry..
